About

This Home

Longing for privacy? Space to spread out? Love nature? If you answered yes-Alderstone is where you belong! Just five minutes from downtown Saline, Alderstone offers quick access to everyday needs, on a private road with only seven homes maximum. Home site 7 is almost two acres at the end of a cul-de-sac, with woods in the back yard, and is adjacent to farm land as well as wetlands that overlook the Saline River. Choose from our variety of floorplans. As listed, the "Charleston" plan is sure to please. Foyer with tray ceiling is flanked by study and formal dining room. Spacious great room wrapped in windows has an 11 ft tray ceiling and is open to the kitchen and nook. The "Ambassador" kitchen features an oversized island with quartz countertops, 36" gas cooktop with canopy hood above (vented outside!), and enormous walk-in-pantry. Nook has huge sliding door to bring in the morning sunshine, and offers access to your back yard as well as a covered porch, where you can enjoy the peace outside even if it's raining. Tucked away, the guest suite is a fabulous spot for guests who prefer first floor living, with its own private bath. Mud room has built-in cubbie bench, a large walk in closet, and access to an oversized 3-car garage. Upstairs, find four bedrooms, plus a raised loft! Primary bedroom offers a private balcony to overlook the serene back yard, double walk-in-closets, a luxurious free-standing tub, and a shower with seat and frameless door. Private commode! Separate vanities offer lots of storage and counter space. Access the laundry room through the larger of the walk-in-closets. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share access to a Jack & Jill bath with private toilet/tub and double sinks, while bedroom 2's Princess suite includes a private bath. All bedrooms include walk-in-closets, too! Full unfinished basement has 8'10" foundation and prep for future full bath, and will be awaiting your personal touches for finishing. Come visit our Charleston model in Ann Arbor!Pics of model
