CAP, SPLIT & MONTHLY FEES

COMPETITIVE CAP

Once you hit your cap, you’ll receive 100% commission for the remainder of the calendar year. Your cap resets on January 1st every year.

70/30 SPLIT

Our Realtors® receive 70% of the total commission until their cap is paid in full. Once you hit your cap, enjoy 100% commission for the rest of the year.

MONTHLY FEES
There are none! You read that right. Absolutely zero monthly fees. We’re not getting paid unless you are. Everything you’ll see below is 100% included within your cap.

TRANSACTION & MARKETING

FULL-TIME TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Our full-time transaction coordinator will handle nearly everything from contract-to-close. This includes, but is not limited to: Introduction emails & calls, preparing sending documents and addenda for signatures, uploading listings, ordering signs and much, much more.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING STRATEGY
At our core, we’re a highly skilled marketing company that happens to be a great real estate brokerage. Our expertise centers around helping you effectively build your brand by leveraging new school techniques on social media to compliment old school strategies that still work like direct mail, SOI marketing, door-knocking and cold calling.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Managing your social media is hard. That’s why we do a lot of it for you. We’ll take care of posting listings on your Facebook, responding to comments and much more.
LISTING VIDEOS
100% of your listing videos are on us. When you use our preferred partner, we’ll cover the cost of one 60-second reel for your listing.

1:1 COACHING AND BUSINESS STRATEGY

Our Director of Agent Development, Asten Cholagh, has a proven track record of helping Realtors® grow their business. Asten’s coaching includes weekly 1:1s, role-playing, strategy development and much more.
